For LEAD 2015, we will focus on developing leadership in others by using our YMCA Leadership Competency Model. 

Each of our modules will focus on one competency each.  From each module and with each competency, we will design an action step to help us make progress in our leadership development.  We will also design action steps for our direct reports so that they also will be able to make intentional progress in their own leadership development.
